Here we introduce the property; where it is, the typ of property, where it sits in its life cycle and the number of units.  For each, something that is uniqure or interesting about the development or asset.

The 'situation' for a historical project aligns with 'Activity' in our sales methodology.

We look at the property through the lens of the client, and name them, and talk about their retail delivery challenges and what we saw needed to be done from a retail delivery perspective.

'Challenge' here equates to 'Solution' in the sales methodology.

Importantly, we wont talk spcific numbers or dates here.  We will focus more on what we ended up doing for the client and the success of the prject / portfolio in broad terms.  The case studies will dive into more 'outcome' data and metrics.

'Outcome' here relates to 'Service' in the sales methodology (hence relating the outcome more in SLA terms than store opening terms).
