MARC MCQUAIN & PETER ROW
Marc & Peter launched Vindico in 2002 following successful corporate retail property careers and a shared belief in retail delivery’s role in the future of the global retail real estate industry.
Marc added degrees in architecture and business to a distinguished military career before early roles in tenant coordination and construction management in the USA. A move to Europe and into retail development management led to executive property roles on his return to the USA.
Peter’s business management degree secured him a graduate position in shopping centre management, leading to development roles in retail property projects across Australia, the USA and UK where he oversaw the delivery of major shopping centre and retail-led urban regeneration projects.
Marc and Peter met in 1997 as project team colleagues before collaborating further on industry defining projects and executive roles from where each saw the core retail property value of getting shops open and earning.
Working closely with Vindico’s management team, Marc & Peter now oversee the integration of Vindico and its sister brands, Volstrukt and Pop Modular in core Middle East and European markets and growth in North America and Asia Pacific.
